The Barnes & Noble Book Haul sale officially kicked off last week but there are some fresh new deals this week. The retailer is offering 25% off a variety of LEGO sets and has recently added two Wednesday sets that are slated for retirement.
Both of these sets are based on the Netflix Wednesday series and were originally released in October 2024. The LEGO Store has already completely sold out its stock of these builds and has them marked as “retiring soon.” The actual retirement date is most likely the end of the year, as long as stock remains available.
Retiring LEGO Wednesday Sets on Sale Today
LEGO Wednesday & Enid’s Dorm Room

The biggest of the two sets currently on sale is a recreation of Wednesday & Enid’s Dorm Room. The set itself contains a total of 750 pieces and comes with four minidolls (rather than minifigures). You get two versions of Wednesday and two versions of Enid, both with different outfits, wigs, and facial expressions. You also get a little version of Thing, which is basically just a hand piece.
This set is completely out of stock at the LEGO Store and only available from third-party sellers at Amazon. You can still find it in stock at Walmart, but Barnes & Noble is the only place that still has a deal. With this set retiring later this year, this is potentially your last chance to pick it up at a discount.
LEGO Wednesday Addams Figure

The other Wednesday set Barnes & Noble is offering a discount on is the larger figure of Wednesday herself. It’s a brick-built figure of the iconic Addams Family character with two different face and outfit options available. The figure sits upon a stand with two secret lockable drawers you can add accessories to. You also get the same Thing figure as the other set.
This set is also sold out at the LEGO Store, but you can buy it for the same discount at Amazon right now.
Is Barnes & Noble a Good Place to Buy LEGO Sets?
While Barnes & Noble isn’t necessarily the best place to buy LEGO sets at a discount, it’s a great place for finding retired or retiring sets still in stock. The book retailer isn’t known for dropping prices on the sets it does have available, so 25% off is definitely noteworthy if you’re looking to save on builds that you can’t find anywhere else.
Thing’s Apartment Is Also Retiring Soon
LEGO Wednesday Thing’s Apartment

While LEGO has already run out of stock for the other Wednesday sets, there is a newer one still available at a discount. Thing’s Apartment was first revealed in August of last year, but was added to LEGO’s list of “sets retiring soon” earlier in 2026 alongside these other builds. I actually had the chance to build this set myself and really liked it. It’s reminiscent of a Polly Pocket, but way spookier. You also get to build a full-sized version of Thing, which is really fun to decorate around your house.
The LEGO Store currently has the lowest price for this set, but it’s also on backorder. If you buy it now, you should still be able to get it in time for Halloween, no problem
